"My Heart Is Like A Zoo"

Discuss the characteristics of the animals as written in Michael Hall's book. Compare with the emotions of our heart.

Months & Chicken Soup

Creamy Chicken & Rice Soup

Ingredients
2 (32-ounce) container chicken broth
2½ cups chopped cooked chicken
4 sliced carrots 
4 stalks sliced celery 
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms 
2 chopped onions
3 heaping Tablespoon of minced garlic
Garlic salt or powder to taste
4 ounces cream cheese, cut in cubes
2 cups cooked rice
 
Directions;

In a 6-quart pot, combine broth, carrots, celery, mushrooms, onion, garlic, and garlic salt seasoning.

Bring to boil, then let simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour to soften veggies.

Stir in cream cheese, then chicken and rice. Cook for 10 minutes more or until all cream cheese is melted.
